Moombahton is a brand new sub-genre in which reggaeton beats are placed over house sounds. Moombahcore is the same except with dubstep. If you listen closely to this song you can hear the underlying reggaeton beat. Diplo and Dillion Francis seem to be leading the movement. It has come to popularity within the past two weeks after Diplo released his Moombahton 2k11 mix on Soundcloud. Anyone who knows me well knows I hate corny Reggaeton, so I'm not a giant fan so far.
